If at anytime you feel you have not received the standard of service you expect
we will be more than happy to investigate your issue with the relevent supplier.
Here's how to raise an issue;

All Customer Service complaint or issues MUST be made in writing. You can either
email us at customercare@usrentacar.co.uk or write to us at the

If your issue relates to a rental that has finished please provide us with your
Florida Car Hire / U.S. Rent A Car booking refference number and the 'Rental Agreement
Number' which you can find on the paper work you collected from the supplier when
you collected your vehicle.
Please note: All complaints must be made in writing. It is not
possible to phone through a complaint. Your first step is to send in your complaint.
You will then be contacted by one of our agents who will investigate.
Once we receive your issue we will respond via email to acknowledge receipt. we
have to give our suppliers a reasonable amount of time to provide a response and
aim to resolve all matters within 28 days.
